Power
Power comes in many forms.
We are going to look at power by individuals/groups. The art below encompasses power in the form of art. After learning about the three kinds of power, we will determine what kind of power the artist is using to influence people’s thoughts.

Power is an individual or group’s ability to influence. There are three types of power we are going to study:
Force: Pushing someone, saying something hurtful, being forced
Authority: Being elected, invited to speak on behalf of a group etc.
Influence: Speaking out on own behalf to influence.
